Our teas are some of the highest grade Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe leaves you can find sourced from small sustainable organic family farms in the Brahmaputra Valley in the Assam region of India. We chose these teas for their rich flavour and quick brewing; perfect for home brewing, and specialty cafe use.
Like our tea, our spices are 100% specialty grade organics. We source from sustainable farmers that produce the best flavour. We source from independent farms from; Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Mexico and Sri Lanka. We go to great lengths to deliver the finest organic flavours through each brew.
Chai tasting notes: Black tea with deep caramel, layered vanilla notes. Spices comprised of pure cinnamon blended with the warmth of crushed ginger and cardamom tempered by star anise, and the hum of black peppercorns, cayenne, clove and pimento. The spice blend is elevated by the nuance of natural sweetness.
