When will my delivery arrive to me?

We make chai in small hand-made batches and dispatch orders within 72 hours of receipt and they are sent out within the next business day after being prepared. Australia Post is experiencing significant delays due to various restrictions across the country. We will process and send out your order within the business day after we receive it.

We cannot provide you a reliable time frame due to postal service delays. We have tested many courier services and we have still found Australia post to be the most reliable and efficient. We recommend you visit Australia Post's website for more information on expected delivery during this time.

How do you calculate the shipping cost?

We set our shipping fees as standard pricing on our website and we use Australia post for fulfillment. Customers have the option of adding express shipping via Australia post for an additional fee. Fees are determined by the weight, dimensions, and distance from our production kitchen to your destination.

As all of our Chai is prepared fresh we will process all orders for shipping within 72 hours on business days and include tracking through Australia post on your items. This is shared via email tracking with each order.

My order has not arrived. Can you help?

We attach Auspost tracking to all online orders. Should you experience any delays or have a lost parcel, our policy is to first check our Auspost tracking then contact our Auspost business account manager to follow up. If an adequate resolution for a lost parcel has not been reached within 2 business days of our query we will refund or resend the package. It's important to note that this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
