RETURNS, REFUNDS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
WHAT ARE THE RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICIES?
We will accept returns for change of mind on products purchased online within 5 days from date of receipt if faulty. You can notify our team of your intention to return by contacting our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org . They will take you through the process and provide you with information on how to return.
You can then return the goods to us by using our address.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO A RETAIL STORE?
No, goods can only be returned directly to Monk’s Chai if purchased from our website. Items purchased from retail stores need to be returned to the store from which those items were purchased.
HOW CAN I RETURN FAULTY PRODUCTS?
Our team takes our brand promise and very seriously. If for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. In all instances where the product may be faulty, please contact our Customer care team at email@example.com . They will assist with the returns.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
We love what we do and we back our product. Our customers' satisfaction means everything to us. If you purchase Monk’s Chai and do not like the product, we will work with you to arrange a return of the unused portion and refund your money. We accept returns for all faulty items and all change of mind items within 7 days of receipt provided those items are accompanied with proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card or other payment statement).
Whether your item was faulty or you’ve decided you don’t enjoy your product, we offer two returns options:
Full refund to your account (e.g. credit card,etc)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once your goods have been received by Monk’s Chai, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed back to your account.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH MY GIFT VOUCHER?
If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will be automatically credited to the original Gift Voucher.
WHO GETS REFUNDED IF I RETURN A GIFT?
The refund will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
WHAT IS YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
We stand behind our product and believe that it's the highest quality chai that you can buy on the market. Further, we want you to love your chai as much as we love making it for you. If you try your chai more than once, following our brewing guidelines, and you are still not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details and short explanation. If we can't rectify the situation through contact, we'll organise the return of your used bag together and either process a refund or an exchange. This will be managed on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy and will back you with great customer service!
